Store Policy

We want you to be happy with your Joome purchase, therefore we offer returns for STORE CREDIT only within 14 days of the delivery date.  No exceptions.

Please email us at hello@joomeclothing.com with your order number.

Ensure all original tags attached, original packaging, protective liners intact, no odors, stains or any other visible signs of wear.  Please try all items on over your underwear to insure unused condition.  We reserve the right to refuse any item which we deem to be unsellable at our discretion. 

Once we receive your parcel and we look over the garment to ensure it is in new condition, you will be issued a store credit.

All return shipping cost for STORE CREDIT are covered by customer.  We suggest sending your parcel with tracking.  We are not liable for any lost packages.

Orders cannot be cancelled once placed.

*All items go through quality control and are checked again before shipping.  In case a rare occasion should arise that you received a damaged item, please contact us within 24 hours.  Damage items cannot show any signs of wear.
